How to Register with the Global Harmony Network (GHN)

Becoming a member of GHN is a life-changing opportunity. Our registration process is structured, transparent, and designed to ensure that only dedicated and eligible individuals join our humanitarian mission.

Step 1: Recommendation

A new member may be recommended by an existing GHN member in good standing.


The recommender must meet strict requirements (financial stability, valid documentation, and organizational clearance).


Recommended members will have their registration fees initially facilitated through the recommender or directly by themselves.

Step 2: Submit Personal Information

Each applicant must provide the following details:


Full legal names (as on official documents)


Date of birth


National Identification Number (NIN)


Passport number (valid and current)


Place of birth (village, parish, sub-county, county, district, country)


Current address and country of residence


Marital status and number of children (if any)


Religion and spoken languages


Contact details (phone number and active email address)

Step 3: Registration Fee Payment

A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $300 is required.

Applicants must retain and share the reference/transaction number for verification.

Step 4: Submission of Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following supporting documents:


Copy of valid passport


Copy of National Identification card (NIN)


Passport-sized photo (recent)


Proof of address (if available)


Consent letter (allowing GHN or recommender to process applications on their behalf)

Recommender Requirements

To ensure the integrity and success of our programs, anyone wishing to recommend another person for membership in the Global Harmony Network (GHN) must meet the following requirements:


Active GHN Membership


The recommender must already be a registered and verified member of GHN in good standing.


They must have completed all required steps, including registration, verification, and background checks.

Proof of Financial Stability

Must provide a certified bank statement from a recognized bank (preferably an international or American bank).


The statement should show a minimum monthly income of USD 10,000 for at least the past three months.

Travel & Legal Clearance

Must hold a valid CASC Document (Clearance & Support Certificate).


Must possess an ICE Certificate (Immigration & Customs Enforcement clearance).


Must provide a valid proof of legal residence and work authorization in their country of residence (e.g., U.S. Work Permit or Green Card if in the United States).

Proof of Identity & Residence

Valid passport copy (bio-data page).


Government-issued ID or residency permit.


Proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or official government correspondence not older than 3 months).

Commitment to Support

Must show capacity to financially assist the recommended person, including covering at least USD 3,000 for travel preparations.


This contribution is paid upon registration of the recommended member.

Professional & Personal Integrity

Must provide:


A letter of character reference from an employer or community leader.


A valid employment contract or proof of ongoing business.


Compliance with GHN Policies

Must sign and adhere to GHN’s Code of Ethics and Non-Exploitation Agreement, ensuring they do not misuse their role for personal gain.
