As HR Manager, Olger plays a pivotal role in ensuring that GHN remains an inclusive, fair, and people-centered organization. She oversees the recruitment and integration of members and staff, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported throughout their journey with GHN. Her responsibilities include: Talent Recruitment & Development Identifying and nurturing individuals whose skills and values align with GHN’s humanitarian vision. Policy & Compliance Oversight : Ensuring all organizational policies meet international humanitarian, labor, and migration standards. Member & Staff Welfare – Advocating for the well-being of every GHN member, providing guidance, and resolving challenges with fairness and compassion. Training & Capacity Building – Creating programs that strengthen leadership, resilience, and humanitarian service among GHN teams worldwide. Ethical & Cultural Stewardship – Promoting values of integrity, dignity, and harmony across all GHN operations.
