As the CEO of Global Harmony Network (GHN), Micheal champions the mission of creating safe pathways for vulnerable communities, supporting displaced persons, empowering women and youth, and ensuring that every individual regardless of origin or circumstance—has access to a brighter future. Under his stewardship, GHN has grown into a respected global movement, working actively across East Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Beyond administration, Micheal is a mentor, speaker, and advocate for human rights, focusing particularly on issues of migration, child protection, women’s empowerment, and post-conflict rehabilitation. His work continues to influence policy makers, inspire communities, and mobilize resources for those most in need.

She is the key link between aspiring members and the organization, providing clarity, guidance, and reassurance throughout the complex stages of registration, background checks, and visa preparations. Olger Johnson serves as the Human Resources Manager of the Global Harmony Network (GHN), bringing with her a wealth of experience in organizational leadership, humanitarian coordination, and people management. With a strong background in international development and human resources administration, she is deeply committed to advancing GHN’s mission of empowering lives and creating harmony. As HR Manager, Olger plays a pivotal role in ensuring that GHN remains an inclusive, fair, and people-centered organization. She oversees the recruitment and integration of members and staff, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported throughout their journey with GHN. Her responsibilities include: Talent Recruitment & Development Identifying and nurturing individuals whose skills and values align with GHN’s humanitarian vision. Policy & Compliance Oversight : Ensuring all organizational policies meet international humanitarian, labor, and migration standards. Member & Staff Welfare – Advocating for the well-being of every GHN member, providing guidance, and resolving challenges with fairness and compassion. Training & Capacity Building – Creating programs that strengthen leadership, resilience, and humanitarian service among GHN teams worldwide. Ethical & Cultural Stewardship – Promoting values of integrity, dignity, and harmony across all GHN operations. Known for her calm leadership, integrity, and dedication, Olger Johnson embodies GHN’s belief that people are the most valuable resource in driving humanitarian change.
